Unforgettable safari!

Wow! Wow! Personalised safari to our specifications. Trek afrika was very professional when booking, quick to respond when I wanted to change or add anything to our trip. Throughout are safari was in constant communication to see how are safari was . We did a 5 day safari to Amboseli Semtrim lodge,Salt lick and Tsavo Voi lodge , all are food was included, water and game drives. Drinks at all the lodges were very reasonable and won’t break the bank.I have to mention are driver Chombo he went above and beyond to make are experience unforgettable , would highly recommend him for your safari guide. All in all a very professional , personalised company who want to make your safari experience memorable.

I would not recommend this agency

⭐☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with how this safari was handled, mainly because of the lack of transparency about the price. I clearly asked for the middle option and its price, yet I was placed in the budget option without this being properly communicated. Even worse, I later found out that another traveler who had exactly the same safari, same campings and same hotels, paid only 550 USD including park fees — significantly less than I did. That feels unfair and unprofessional. For info, I paid 970 USD. In Maasai, I was put in a tent with someone else. When we complained, the solution offered was to move me to another budget camping alone, which was not an adequate solution. We were also not given enough bottles of water for all the days. Additionally, when asking questions during the trip, some of the answers we received were simply not accurate. We are tourists, but we are not stupid. The safari itself — the animals and the parks — was beautiful. However, the overall organization and honesty from the agency really affected the experience. On top of that, I personally found Kenya to feel very touristy, and not in an authentic way. Too often it felt commercial and focused on extracting as much money as possible from visitors. Because of these issues, I cannot recommend this agency.

Superb Experience!

The experience was great from start to finish, from the booking onwards. We were picked up from our hotel and as a large group had two drivers who did everything they could to make sure we had a great trip. Our experience was phenomenal and we saw so much across the three days and the accommodation, game drives and hospitality was just amazing, I would totally recommend this trip to anyone who is thinking of going on safari, it was just spectacular.

Great and attentive organization

Victor and all the staff I dealt with, especially my driver guide Alex, are very accommodating and efficient. They paid attention to my suggestions and were quick to deal with some changes that were necessary. I'd book with them again without a doubt.
