Iconic Travel Services Limited is a Kampala-based tour operator incorporated in June 2004, designing tailor-made luxury journeys across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. We don't sell packages - we design transformative experiences. Every itinerary is built privately around the traveller, can start on any day, and remains fully customisable. Our specialisms are mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable and Volcanoes National Parks, chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest and Kyambura Gorge, and the Great Migration across the Serengeti and Masai Mara. We pair these with handpicked mid-range and luxury lodges, private driver-guides and full concierge support throughout the trip. Beyond safaris we handle airline ticketing and reservations, hotel bookings, car hire, visa advisory, travel insurance and medical travel, so a single team manages the journey from first enquiry to return flight. Founded and led by Evelyn Sylvia Nakazi, who brings more than two decades in East African tourism, Iconic is a licensed Ugandan operator and a member of IATA, the Association of Uganda Tour Operators, the Uganda Tourism Board, TUGATA and ATA.
