Kirindy Forest night drive prices in 2027 start at €1,655 for an 8-day western Madagascar route, while longer trips reach €5,995 per person or £6,885 for a supplied SafariFind package. Night walks usually form part of a wider trip through western Madagascar. Compare transport, park fees, guides, meals, and lodging before booking.
Kirindy Forest Night Drive Prices 2027: How to Book depends on the full route, not the night walk alone. A Kirindy visit often includes road transport from Morondava, forest entry fees, a local guide, meals, and a nearby lodge. Each item can change the final cost.
Kirindy Forest is a dry forest reserve in western Madagascar. The listed 2027 trips use it as one stop within a longer wildlife route. Some combine Kirindy with the Avenue of the Baobabs. Others add Andasibe-Mantadia, river travel, or several lemur habitats. [2][4][5]
Quick answer: A Kirindy night drive in 2027 is usually booked inside a multi-day Madagascar tour. Listed prices include €1,655 for an 8-day Theo Tours route, €5,995 per person for a 12-day TRVL trip, and £6,885 for a supplied SafariFind package. [1][2][3]
This guide explains the prices, inclusions, route choices, and booking checks. It does not treat every listed amount as the cost of a standalone night drive. That distinction matters because some packages bundle flights, lodging, meals, guides, and road travel.
SafariFind connects travelers with verified tour operators and authentic traveler reviews. Use the package catalog to compare the full route before choosing a night drive.
Kirindy Forest night drive prices in 2027 range from a short local tour cost to several thousand euros for a full Madagascar itinerary. The clearest listed prices are €1,655 for one person on an 8-day Theo Tours route, €5,995 per person on a 12-day TRVL trip, and £6,885 for a SafariFind package. [1][2][3]
Kirindy Forest is known for night walks and wildlife viewing within a wider western Madagascar trip. Theo Tours lists an 8-day, 7-night itinerary at €1,655 for one person and €1,855 for two people. [3] The route includes western Madagascar stops linked with Kirindy Forest and the Avenue of the Baobabs.
TRVL lists a 12-day 2027 Madagascar trip at €5,995 per person. That rate uses twin sharing. The same trip lists a €1,250 single supplement and a 20% deposit of €1,199. [2] These terms matter when you compare solo travel with shared rooms.
SafariFind states that one supplied 2027 Kirindy wildlife package starts at £6,885. The listed price should cover transport between Morondava and the reserve, forest entry fees, local guide charges, accommodation near Kirindy or along the wider route, and meals listed in the package. [1]
| Package | Duration | Listed price | Key Kirindy details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Theo Tours western Madagascar route | 8 days, 7 nights | €1,655 for one person; €1,855 for two people | Kirindy Forest and Avenue of the Baobabs route |
| TRVL Madagascar 2027 | 12 days | €5,995 per person, twin share | Night walks and multiple lemur habitats |
| SafariFind supplied package | Package duration supplied in listing | From £6,885 | Transport, entry fees, guides, lodging, and listed meals |
| TourRadar listed tour | 8 days | From US$2,187 | Kirindy Reserve, Andasibe-Mantadia, night walks, and baobabs |
TourRadar lists an 8-day itinerary that combines Kirindy Reserve with Andasibe-Mantadia. The route includes night walks and visits to the Avenue of the Baobabs. [4] Travelers who want a broader wildlife route can compare it with a dedicated Andasibe itinerary and safari cost guide.
Compare Kirindy Forest safari packages and 2027 prices before paying a deposit.
A Kirindy night drive package should state transport, forest access, guide service, accommodation, and meals in clear terms. A tourHQ listing includes a private vehicle with driver and fuel for two days, Kirindy entrance fees, a guide, local taxes, and car parking. [7]
Transport is one of the first costs to review. Exodus lists a 2027 wildlife itinerary that transfers travelers from Morondava to Kirindy Forest. The route stops at the Avenue of the Baobabs and includes a night walk. [5][6]
Accommodation also changes the total price. The Exodus itinerary names Relais du Kirindy, or a similar property, for the Kirindy stay. It also lists breakfast and dinner for the relevant day. [5] Read the meal plan carefully because a package may cover only selected meals.
Guide service affects the experience. A local guide can lead the forest visit and help identify nocturnal wildlife. The tourHQ listing includes a Kirindy guide, but it excludes plane transport, lunch, dinner, drinks, tips, visas, and personal expenses. [7]
The word "night drive" can also describe different activities. A package may include a vehicle transfer, a guided night walk, or both. TourRadar describes night walks, while the senior expedition schedule describes a nighttime nature walk after the Avenue of the Baobabs. [4][8]
Kirindy Forest is linked with possible sightings of fossa and giant jumping rats during a nighttime nature walk. The 2026 to 2027 senior expedition lists this activity after a visit to the Avenue of the Baobabs. [8] Wildlife sightings are never a fixed part of the price, so compare the activity itself rather than a promised animal list.
TRVL describes multiple lemur habitats and night walks within its 12-day Madagascar trip. [2] TourRadar combines Kirindy with Andasibe-Mantadia, which gives travelers a wider habitat mix. [4] If you want to compare other wildlife regions, SafariFind also lists routes involving Ranomafana National Park and Andasibe-Mantadia National Park.

A low headline price may cover fewer services. TourHQ excludes several daily costs from its two-day listing. [7] A higher price may include internal transfers, more nights, meals, private guiding, and several parks. Compare line items, not only the first number.
SafariFind's guide to Madagascar safari costs in 2027 can help you place the Kirindy stop within a larger trip budget. That comparison is useful when the night walk forms only one part of your holiday.
Request a quote from verified operators for a Kirindy route with clear inclusions.
Book a Kirindy Forest night drive by choosing the route first, checking every inclusion, and confirming the deposit terms. The listed packages do not all use the same booking format. Theo Tours invites travelers to discuss personal preferences, while TRVL lists a 20% deposit for its 2027 trip. [2][3]
Compare the full route instead of searching for a cheap night walk alone. A package that includes Morondava transfers can save time and reduce planning work. SafariFind's Madagascar safari route comparison gives useful context for wider 2027 itineraries.
Ask how many nights you spend near Kirindy. An 8-day route may include one forest visit within several stops. A 12-day trip may include multiple lemur habitats and more night walks. [2][3] The number of nights helps you judge whether the route fits your wildlife goals.
Review the operator before you pay. SafariFind connects travelers with verified operators and authentic reviews. Compare previous traveler feedback, route details, and package terms together. A polished itinerary means little if the transfer plan remains unclear.
Morondava is central to the listed western route. Exodus describes travel from Morondava to Kirindy Forest, with an Avenue of the Baobabs stop along the way. [6] That order can shape your arrival time and the night activity schedule.
Travelers adding eastern Madagascar can compare the route with an Andasibe I visit or a Antsirabe stop. Travelers adding coastal time can review Nosy Komba or other SafariFind destinations. Keep the Kirindy section clear so extra stops do not hide the main cost.
As of October 2026, travelers planning for 2027 should compare availability and deposit rules early. The supplied sources give prices and itinerary details, but they do not establish one official booking method or one official Kirindy night drive website. Use the operator or marketplace listing connected to the package you choose.
Save the written quote. It should show the trip dates, group size, room plan, transport, park fees, guide service, meals, and cancellation terms. This simple record makes competing quotes easier to compare.

"From start to finish, this tour was an unforgettable experience. When enquiring about planning this trip ,Tony was very responsive, informative and. answered all our questions as we went along .When my suitcase didn't arrive in Madagascar Tony sorted it for me and negotiated with the airline on my behalf, going above and beyond and was very much appreciated Our guides were all knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole trip both fun and informative. The itinerary was perfectly balanced — we saw all the major highlights without ever feeling rushed, and there were plenty of opportunities to take photos, ask questions, and just soak up the atmosphere. The transportation was comfortable, everything ran smoothly and on time, and as it was a private tour we were able to spend as little or as much time at each place as we chose. Every stop had something unique to offer, and the insider stories and local tips really brought the culture to life. It’s rare to find a tour that gets every detail right, but this one truly did, guides were on time , transfers were smooth, everything was flexible to our wishes. Hugh thanks to Tony, Sidney, Princee and Nico. The drivers were all awesome and we always felt safe despite some roads been very African massage- bumpy ! We left with amazing memories, beautiful photos, and a much deeper appreciation for the country. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable experience. We would do it again in a heartbeat!"

"We have recently finished a 10 day tour of Madagascar in April 2025 using the operator “Madagascar Natural Tours” from start to finish it almost felt too good to be true, I have never met any one else from Australia who has been to Madagascar so we were very hesitant in whether it would be safe and had no idea how to organise a holiday there or what to expect. Harilala was extremely professional and communicative the entire way and answered every single (too many) questions of ours and made us feel comfortable and excited. He planned our itinerary just perfectly we listed a couple of things we had wanted to see - baobab avenue, lemurs and Nosy Be. He organised our whole itinerary, accomodation and flights for us so that it flowed seamlessly. He provided options in accomodation as we were seeking honeymoon style resorts. The hotels that he booked were beautiful, clean, great food and lovely staff! We had a few internal flights in our itinerary and it was so nice stepping off the plane and trusting that there would be a guide there waiting for us to get us to our hotel. The few times during our stay we had a question regarding our tour, Harilala would reply to our messages almost immediately and paid very careful attention to ensure we were happy and getting the most out of our tour. Using Madagascar Natural Tours took all stress out of the holiday / planning and allowed us to just show up and make memories of a lifetime! I would highly recommend this company to anybody curious to explore Madagascar! Particularly if you do not speak French, we struggled with the language barrier however all guides had amazing English which was such a relief. We can’t wait to come back in a few years time!!"

Besides the wonderful tour, Solo and Fidele, our tour leaders, made the difference. We spent 20 days in Madagascar, and they flew by; everything was fantastic. We'll definitely be back to see the southernmost part of the country."
