Etosha Safari Cost 2027: What 3, 5 and 7 Days Cost depends on the itinerary, camp style, and operator. The supplied research verifies about USD 800 per person for a 3-day guided camping safari. It does not verify a 5-day or 7-day price, so compare written quotes before booking your Namibia trip.
The clearest verified Etosha safari figure is USD 800 per person for three days of guided camping travel. [4]
Etosha Safari Cost 2027: What 3, 5 and 7 Days Cost is a planning guide for travelers comparing short and longer trips in Namibia. The key point is simple. The available research confirms one 3-day price, but it does not confirm prices for five or seven days.
That gap matters. A longer itinerary does not always cost a simple daily rate. Accommodation, transport, park fees, guide time, meals, and camping equipment can change the final quote. Ask operators to list each part before you pay a deposit.
Etosha National Park is the main destination in this guide. The park information lists Dolomite, Halali, Namutoni, Okaukuejo, Olifantsrus, and Onkoshi among its accommodation options. [2] These names can help you check whether a quote includes a park stay or a separate hotel outside the gates.
Quick answer: A 3-day Etosha safari costs about USD 800 per person when the trip uses a guided camping format. The supplied research gives no verified 5-day or 7-day price for 2027. Treat longer figures as operator quotes, then check what they include before booking.
This article separates known prices from missing data. It also explains how to compare trip length, accommodation, and route design without guessing. That approach is less exciting than a cheap headline rate, but it protects your budget.
Etosha Safari Cost 2027: What 3, 5 and 7 Days Cost has one confirmed benchmark. A 3-day guided camping safari is listed at USD 800 per person for 2026 or 2027 travel. The supplied results do not confirm a five-day or seven-day price, so those trips need direct quotes. [4][8]
Etosha National Park itineraries appear in several lengths. The supplied results include 3, 4, 5, and 6-day formats. [3][4][5][6][8] This tells you that operators sell flexible trip designs. It does not prove that every length has the same daily cost.
A short safari can focus on Etosha alone. A four-day route can also combine Etosha with Swakopmund, according to two listed tour results. [5][6] That choice changes the route and may change the transport cost. Ask whether your trip returns to the same city or ends elsewhere.
Known for: Etosha is presented in the supplied research as a major game-viewing destination. [8] The park also has several named accommodation areas, including Okaukuejo, Halali, and Namutoni. [2] Your quote should name the camp, lodge, or campsite whenever possible.
Best for: A 3-day trip suits travelers who want a short guided visit. A 5-day trip suits people who want more time in the park or a slower route. A 7-day trip suits travelers who want a longer Namibia plan, but its price must come from a current operator quote.
Price range: The only verified price supplied here is USD 800 per person for three days. No reliable range is supplied for five or seven days. [4][8] Do not turn the three-day figure into a made-up daily rate.
Travelers often search for one number. Operators sell different products. A guided camping safari may include a guide, vehicle, meals, camping gear, and park access. A lodge trip may use different rooms and services. The same number of days can therefore produce different totals.
Use this guide as a screening tool. Then request a written quote that shows the travel dates, number of travelers, room type, meal plan, transport, park fees, and exclusions. SafariFind connects travelers with verified tour operators and authentic reviews, so you can compare the details behind the price.
Compare 3-day Etosha safari packages around USD 800 before you request a longer itinerary.
The verified 3-day Etosha safari price is about USD 800 per person. The supplied research does not verify a 5-day or 7-day price, so travelers should not treat any guessed total as a 2027 rate. Compare the trip length, inclusions, and accommodation before comparing the headline cost.
| Name | Price | Duration | Rating | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Guided camping safari | About USD 800 per person | 3 days | Not provided | Short guided Etosha visit |
| Etosha itinerary | Not verified | 5 days | Not provided | Travelers wanting more park time |
| Etosha itinerary | Not verified | 7 days | Not provided | Longer Namibia planning |
The table keeps the evidence clear. Only the 3-day camping figure has a supplied price. The research specifically says that no verified 5-day or 7-day price is available. [8] That is useful information, not a weakness in the guide.
Ask for a line-by-line quote. Start with the number of travelers and the travel dates. Then check the items below.
Etosha National Park entry information says visitors must show identification, such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID. [2] Carry the document named by the park information. Also ask the operator if entry costs are already included in the quote.
A camping price and a lodge price should not sit in the same comparison row without explanation. The accommodation alone can change the feel and cost of the trip. Ask whether the quote uses a public camp, private lodge, or campsite outside the park.
SafariFind lists packages and operators so travelers can compare route details, prices, and authentic reviews. Request quotes from verified operators when the trip lasts five or seven days. A clear quote is more useful than a low number with missing inclusions.
Request a 5 or 7-day Etosha quote from verified operators and ask each operator to list every included cost.
Start with the number of days, then choose the travel style and route. A 3-day trip has a verified camping benchmark, while 5-day and 7-day trips need fresh operator pricing. Build the plan around clear inclusions, named accommodation, and the start and end points.
Etosha itineraries are marketed in several formats, including three, four, five, and six days. [3][4][5][6][8] A four-day Etosha and Swakopmund route is also listed by multiple providers. [5][6] This gives you a useful choice. You can keep the trip focused or add a coastal stop.
A 3-day safari works best when you want a short, focused park visit. The supplied benchmark is about USD 800 per person for guided camping. [4] Confirm whether the three days mean three nights, three full touring days, or a start and finish with travel time.
Ask where the first night begins. A route with long transfers may offer fewer hours inside Etosha. Ask the operator to show the daily plan and the camp names. This small step can prevent a costly surprise.
A 5-day safari has no verified price in the supplied research. [8] Use the extra time to request a slower route, more than one camp area, or a combined itinerary. Do not assume that five days costs exactly five-thirds of the confirmed three-day price.
Check whether the fifth day adds park time or only a transfer. A longer calendar trip is valuable when it adds time in the destination. It is less useful when most of the day happens on the road.
A 7-day safari also has no verified price in the supplied research. [8] Treat every 2027 seven-day figure as a quote that needs checking. Ask for the full route, accommodation list, transport plan, meals, and park costs.
Seven days can work well for travelers who want a wider Namibia plan. You may compare it with a focused Etosha itinerary, a route with Swakopmund, or another Namibia destination. Keep the comparison fair by asking for the same service level in each quote.
SafariFind also covers a 7-day Etosha safari itinerary for 2027. Travelers adding desert scenery can review Namib-Naukluft walking safari packages or research Deadvlei as a separate stop.
Keep one rule in mind. Every route needs a current quote. Prices and availability can change before 2027, so compare the date on the quote with your planned travel dates.
Check the price, inclusions, route, and operator record before booking an Etosha safari. The 3-day benchmark is useful, but it is not a universal rate. Longer trips have no verified prices in the supplied research, so written details matter even more.
Read the quote as if you will need to explain it to another traveler. Does the price cover one person or the whole vehicle? Does it include park access? Does it name the accommodation? Does it list meals and transfers?
Ask the operator to separate included and excluded costs. This makes two quotes easier to compare. It also helps you see whether a low price leaves out camping gear, food, or transport.
Etosha National Park has several listed accommodation areas, including Dolomite, Halali, Namutoni, Okaukuejo, Olifantsrus, and Onkoshi. [2] A quote that names the area gives you more information than one that says only "Etosha lodge."
Combined routes need extra care. A four-day Etosha and Swakopmund itinerary is listed in the research. [5][6] Ask how much time remains for Etosha after travel to the coast. The route may suit you, but it is different from four full days in the park.
Visitors entering Etosha must show proof of identification, according to the supplied park information. [2] Carry a passport, driver's license, or national ID that meets the entry requirement. Ask your operator to confirm the document needed for your trip.
Then check the booking terms. Confirm the deposit, balance date, cancellation policy, and minimum traveler number. Ask what happens if the operator changes the route or accommodation.
A price tells you what the trip costs. A review can tell you how the operator handles guides, timing, communication, and changes. Read authentic traveler reviews before you select a company.
SafariFind helps travelers compare tour operators, packages, and reviews in one place. Use the marketplace to check whether a quote matches the listed trip. You can also compare lodge and camping styles without relying on one sales page.

A 3-day guided camping safari costs about USD 800 per person in the supplied 2026/2027 listing. [4] Confirm the current quote because the final price can depend on dates, group size, accommodation, and included services.
The supplied research does not provide a verified 5-day Etosha safari price. [8] Request a written quote and check whether it includes park entry, accommodation, meals, guide service, camping equipment, and transfers.
The supplied research does not provide a verified 7-day Etosha safari price. [8] Compare current operator quotes instead of multiplying the 3-day benchmark, because longer routes can use different camps, transport, and services.
The supplied park information lists Dolomite, Halali, Namutoni, Okaukuejo, Olifantsrus, and Onkoshi camps. [2] Ask your operator to name the camp or lodge included in your 2027 quote.
Yes. The supplied research lists a 4-day Etosha and Swakopmund itinerary from multiple tour providers. [5][6] Ask how much time the route gives you inside Etosha before comparing it with a park-only safari.
Use SafariFind to compare safari packages and verified tour operators, then read authentic traveler reviews before requesting a quote. Ask the operator to confirm the 2027 price, route, accommodation, inclusions, and cancellation terms.
Etosha Safari Cost 2027: What 3, 5 and 7 Days Cost has one firm benchmark and two price gaps. The verified figure is about USD 800 per person for a 3-day guided camping safari. [4] The supplied research does not verify prices for five or seven days. [8]

"Tongesai was recommended to me by a friend who also booked his amazing safari through Cultural Vibes; I am glad we took his recommendation. Our safari across Victoria Falls and Botswana was top notch. Tongesai booked us in all of the best camps and with the best safari outfitters. Our excursions were extremely well planned and full of excitement. The restaurants were fantastic as well. Personally, I love planning my own vacations but honestly don't think there is an easy and reliable way to plan an African safari without using a travel agent very familiar with the region. Located in Zimbabwe and with a travel and tourism background, Tongesai was able to coordinate our stays between 5 safari camps which included private charter flights across the regions. He also personally escorted us into Botswana and helped with border crossing which was very helpful as well. Compared to larger companies, Tongesai's package rates were more reasonable and came with a customized touch. I highly recommend Cultural Vibes to anyone looking to go on safari in Zimbabwe and its bordering countries (Botswana, Zambia & Namibia). Thanks, T!"

"We were amazing group of 4 adults from Atlanta USA. Upon arrival we found our guide Stuart Muronga already waiting for us. He picked us up in a well air-conditioned vehicle and offered us water at soft drinks. Before going to check in we drove around the beautiful city . After checking in he dropped us off at the famous Boma restaurant..we had an amazing experience there over delicious meals and drums and dance. He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. The next morning he picked us up for out safari experience in Chobe which is in Botswana just an hour drive from Vic Falls. We spent 6 hrs there then drove another 40 or so minutes to some island in Namibia. Stuart was so knowledgeable with great communication skills which made the whole experience so smooth and fun."

"I would like to note an excellent organisation of this tour. In advance Kubwa Five Safaris created whats app groupe for me so I had contacts of people who assisted me during my travel. I was picked up at the airport. My guide was waiting for me. The accommodations chosen for this trip were correct, clean with good service. The choice of restaurants corresponded the rate of this tour. We visited wonderfull places with beautiful landscapes, I enjoyed game drive and visit of Etosha parc. My driver was a professional guide, so I had explanations on historical events, culture, geology, flore and faune of the sites that we visited. Kubwa Five Safaris chose reliable partners in Namibia, that made my trip safe and I would like to thank them for that."

"Our trip around Namibia was booked through Kubwa Five Safaris, main contact was Sylvia (from their sister company Ompo Travel). Everything was organised perfectly, Sylvia listened to our needs and constantly adapted the trip according to our (many) changes of mind, to ensure we could get the best out of it, both in terms of things to do and accommodations where to stay; but she also added her local know-how to advise our decisions on what really worth seeing and what to skip (given the limited time of two weeks). She was also very responsive, both prior the trip as well as during the trip, taking immediate action if needed (only once, due to a misunderstanding on the check-out from a lodge). Namibia is an amazing place with plenty of wilderness and photo opportunities, and we have enjoyed it fully!"
