<p>After an early breakfast, transfer to Mabamba Swamp for a guided canoe excursion through its papyrus channels in search of the rare Shoebill stork. This renowned birding site along Lake Victoria is home to a variety of wetland bird species. The excursion lasts approximately 2–3 hours. You’ll then proceed on a scenic afternoon drive to Jinja, Uganda’s adventure capital. Arrive in the late afternoon and check in, for dinner and overnight.After breakfast, you’ll proceed for an exhilarating white-water rafting experience on the Nile in Jinja. Following a full safety briefing, enjoy a half-day adventure navigating the thrilling rapids of the legendary River Nile.</p><p>After lunch, visit the iconic Source of the Nile, where the Nile begins its remarkable journey from Lake Victoria. <p>After an early breakfast, you’ll depart from Jinja and begin your scenic journey toward Kibale National Park, a region famously known as the “Primate Capital of the World.” The drive takes you through beautiful countryside landscapes, rolling hills, traditional villages, tea plantations, and crater lakes, offering wonderful opportunities to experience rural Uganda. Upon arrival in the Kibale area, proceed for an afternoon guided walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. This community-run conservation project is rich in biodiversity and offers chances to spot several monkey species, birds, and other wildlife while learning about local traditions and sustainable tourism initiatives that support the surrounding community. After the walk, transfer to your lodge for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.After an early breakfast, embark on a guided chimpanzee trekking adventure in Kibale National Park, renowned for its habituated chimpanzee communities.</p><p> Following the chimpanzee trek, enjoy a Bigodi Community Walk to explore local villages, interact with community members, and observe additional wildlife and bird species in the wetlands. Return to your lodge in the afternoon for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.</p>

<p>After an early breakfast, you’ll depart Kibale National Park and drive toward Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. On the way, visit a Batwa Pygmy Village to learn about the local Batwa community, their traditions, and cultural heritage. This experience offers insight into their unique way of life and the conservation efforts in the region. Arrive at your lodge in Bwindi, check in, enjoy dinner, and relax for the evening. The next day after an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for registration and a comprehensive briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. Following the briefing, you will begin your once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience. Accompanied by experienced guides and trackers, venture into the dense rainforest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on the gorillas’ location and the terrain. Once the gorilla family is located, you will spend a magical and strictly regulated one hour observing them in their natural habitat. Watch as they feed, interact, care for their young, and move through the forest - an unforgettable wildlife encounter and one of Africa’s greatest safari highlights. After the trek, transfer to Lodge for overnight.</p>
