8-Day Kenya & Tanzania Combined Road Safari

You will depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park. A game drive will be enjoyed en route to the lodge, followed by lunch upon arrival. In the evening, you will head out for another game drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

You will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Amboseli, a park set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli offers excellent opportunities to see lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, buffalo, and numerous plains game species—making it one of Kenya’s best photography destinations. Meals and overnight will be at the lodge.

After breakfast, you will enjoy a final game drive as you exit Amboseli and travel to the Namanga border for immigration formalities. You will then drive to Arusha for lunch before continuing to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight will be at the Hotel.

You will begin the day with an early morning game drive in Lake Manyara, followed by breakfast. Then you will proceed to Serengeti National Park, enjoying game viewing along the way. Upon arriving at the lodge for lunch, you will later head out for an afternoon game drive before dinner and overnight.

Today will be spent enjoying morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti, with lunch and rest at the lodge in between. The central plains offer opportunities to see leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and large numbers of birds. The park is also home to the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.

After an early breakfast, you will depart for Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, you will descend 2,000 feet to the crater floor for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch at Ngoitoktok Springs. Wildlife includes black-maned lions, rhinos, elephants, buffalo, and abundant grazing animals. In the evening, you will return to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Following breakfast, you will leave Ngorongoro and drive to Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Tarangire offers excellent birdlife and animals such as monkeys, hornbills, pelicans, and herons. You will enjoy a short game drive before dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, you will take an early morning game drive before departing Tarangire for Arusha. You will arrive in time for lunch, after which you will be transferred to the airport for your departing flight, marking the end of your safari.
