Arusha → Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park • Tarangire Sopa Lodge

You will be picked up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and driven to Tarangire National Park. Here, you will enjoy your first game drive in a landscape shaped by ancient baobab trees and home to elephant, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, gazelle, giraffe, lion, oryx, and diverse birdlife.

Tarangire → Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater • Tarangire Sopa Lodge

Begin the day with a morning game drive, exploring Tarangire’s varied habitats and watching for wildlife including elephants, raptors, and possibly rare wild dogs. After breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for the Ngorongoro highlands. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge located on the crater rim, offering sweeping views of the volcanic basin 2,000 feet below.
