Arusha is a vibrant city located at the foot of Mount Meru and serves as the gateway to Tanzania’s famous northern safari circuit. The city offers beautiful views, pleasant weather, local markets, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing before starting your safari adventure.</p><p>Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to relax at the lodge, enjoy the hotel surroundings, or take a short city tour to experience local culture and daily life. <p>After an early breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden gems known for its breathtaking landscapes and large elephant population. The drive takes you through beautiful Maasai villages and open countryside before arriving at the park.</p><p>Tarangire National Park is famous for its ancient baobab trees, seasonal swamps, and the life-giving Tarangire River that attracts wildlife throughout the year. <p>After breakfast, depart Serengeti and drive toward the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders.</p><p>The Ngorongoro Crater was formed millions of years ago when a giant volcano collapsed, creating a massive caldera filled with rich wildlife habitats. Upon descending into the crater, you will experience one of the best wildlife viewing opportunities in Tanzania due to the high concentration of animals living within the crater floor.</p><p>During the game drive, you may spot the endangered black rhino, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, hyenas, zebras, and flamingos around the soda lake.
