Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. After a short briefing, depart for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most spectacular wildlife destinations.
Spend the day exploring the park on an exciting game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts a wide variety of wildlife throughout the year. Keep an eye out for lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, warthogs, and numerous bird species.
After a picnic lunch, continue your afternoon game drive before driving to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
