Arrive in Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta, where you are warmly met by your safari guide upon arrival at Maun Airport. From here, transfer by road to the Boro boat station and continue on a scenic motorized boat journey into the heart of the Delta, travelling through winding channels and tranquil waterways en route to Chief’s Island.
As the landscape opens into pristine floodplains and reed-fringed islands, the sense of wilderness deepens with every turn. Arrive at your mobile camp in the late afternoon, set in a remote island location. After settling in, enjoy your first sunset experience over the Delta, where elephants, antelope, and predators begin to emerge as temperatures cool. Return to camp for dinner under a canopy of stars.
