6-Day Amboseli NP, Tsavo East NP & Diani Budget Safari

Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive south to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge. After a short rest, head out for an afternoon game drive across the open plains with spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Look out for large elephant herds, buffaloes, giraffes and a variety of plains game before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active and the mountain is often clear, offering excellent photography opportunities. Return to the lodge for breakfast and spend the late morning at leisure, enjoying the views or lodge facilities. After lunch, proceed for another afternoon game drive, exploring different sections of the park and its swamps that attract elephants and hippos, before dinner and overnight in Amboseli.

Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge or camp, followed by a short period of relaxation.</p><p>In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive in Tsavo East, known for its vast wilderness, red-dust elephants, and iconic landmarks such as the Galana River. Explore the park’s diverse habitats, keeping an eye out for large herds of elephants, lions, and giraffes, and a variety of birdlife. As the sun sets over the savannah, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, immersed in the untamed beauty of Tsavo East. </p>

<p>After breakfast, enjoy a short morning game drive as you exit Tsavo East National Park, offering a final opportunity to spot elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife in the cool morning hours. You will then proceed with your transfer via Voi toward the coast, continuing to Diani Beach by road or an optional short flight, as the landscape gradually transforms from rugged savannah to lush coastal scenery.</p><p>Upon arrival, check in at Diani Leopard Beach Resort &amp; Spa and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
