5-Day gorilla and wildlife safari

At 7:00 am, our driver will pick you up from your preferred location in Kampala. You will then begin your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in southwestern Uganda. A stop will be made at the Equator for photographs, refreshments, and a chance to visit the local craft shops. Continue to Bwindi and check in at your lodge.

After breakfast, you will report to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your gorilla trek. The trek involves walking through steep and sometimes slippery forest terrain in search of a habituated gorilla family. Once found, you will spend approximately one hour observing and photographing the gorillas. After the trek, you will enjoy a cultural visit with the Batwa and Bakiga communities.

After breakfast, depart Bwindi and head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival, you will go for a briefing followed by a game drive. The main routes used for game viewing include the Channel Drive Circuit and the Kasenyi Plains.

After breakfast, proceed for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Common game drive areas include the Channel Drive Circuit and the Kasenyi Plains. In the afternoon, after lunch, you will go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. Expect sightings of hippos, Nile crocodiles, and various water birds.

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Kampala, where your driver will drop you at your preferred location.
