You will then venture into the forest for one of Africa’s most profound wildlife encounters trekking to meet a habituated family of endangered mountain gorillas. The trek can range from 2–6 hours depending on the gorilla family’s location. Once located, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for lunch and an afternoon at leisure. Optional activities include a nature walk or relaxation at the lodge.</p>
