About this safari
<p>This safari takes you to Tarangire National Park, Serengeti and a 1-day crater tour in the Ngorongoro. The safari takes you around the best places in Tanzania. Visiting places such as Tarangire, famous for its tree climbing pythons, the Ngorongoro Crater, also known as the Garden of Eden, and Serengeti National Park, known for the great wildebeest migration. You will be able to see the Big Five during this tour.</p>

<p>Our driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or lodge and drive you to Tarangire National Park for a game drive and a picnic lunch. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population as well as its baobab trees. It is the focal point of a migratory cycle that includes up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras per year.</p>

<p>After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park via Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through the picturesque highland farmland of Karatu. We will leave the highlands behind and descend into the Serengeti National Park.<br><br>It's the heart of untamed Africa, with its vast grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see. We then head to the Seronera section of the park, one of the park's finest animal areas. The Seronera River offers a vital water source to this area and hence attracts wildlife that is well representative of most of the Serengeti's species.<br><br>Arrive in time for lunch and have a wildlife drive in the Serengeti National Park in the afternoon. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Serengeti Wild Camp.</p>

<p>After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for supper and stay at the camp, with game drives along the way. You will stop at one of the Maasai villages for at least 30 minutes for a cultural experience.<br><br>You will spend the night at Ngorongoro Safari Lodge.</p>

<p>This day begins early. With a picnic lunch, we'll descend 2,000 feet to the crater floor in our 4WD vehicle for wildlife watching. Here, we'll explore this "Garden of Eden".<br><br>The Ngorongoro Crater is a massive and deep volcanic crater in Tanzania. The floor of the crater has abundant grassland, marshes, woodland, and constant water, which is why the fauna is so diverse and prolific.</p>
