About this safari

These will be 4 days of wonder. This tour takes you to explore the Lakes of the Great Rift Valley. You'll start with Lake Naivasha where you will have a boat ride and then a walking safari at Crescent Island. After that, you'll depart for Lake Nakuru National Park which features one of the Rift Valley's soda lakes and sometimes flocks of flamingoes. The following day, you'll depart for Masai Mara where you'll have a memorable experience with game drives and horseback riding safari.

Day-by-day Itinerary

Pick Up from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha & Lake Nakuru National Park

We will pick you up from your hotel in Nairobi or Airport preferably at 8:00 am. Depart the capital as we head on a scenic journey towards the Great Rift Valley through the Kenyan highlands and down the escarpments.

After stopping at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint for some photos. You will arrive at Lake Naivasha around 1.5 hours after leaving Nairobi.
You'll board a boat at the Crescent Island Jetty for a scenic boat tour with a chance to see resident hippos, cormorants, pelicans, and many species of birds. You will also see Lake Front colonial homes farms and hotels. The boat tour will have a stop at Crescent Island, for a walking safari with giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, impalas, waterbucks, and many more.

You'll depart Naivasha for your hotel at Lake Nakuru National Park and arrive for Lunch. You'll check in and relax in the afternoon. Then at 4:00 am, you'll proceed for your first game drive.
