Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 2–3 hours (120 km). Known for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the life-giving Tarangire River, the park offers a classic African safari atmosphere with fewer crowds.
Upon arrival, you will enjoy a full-day game drive across diverse landscapes of savannah, seasonal swamps, and riverine forests. Wildlife highlights include elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, lions, and a rich variety of birdlife.
A picnic lunch will be served inside the park as you continue exploring until late afternoon, followed by a drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
