Upon arrival at camp, guests settle into their surroundings and enjoy lunch while taking in the calm atmosphere of the Delta. </p><p>Later in the afternoon, the safari begins with a mokoro excursion through narrow waterways lined with reeds and water lilies. Moving silently across the water allows for close sightings of birdlife, frogs, lechwe, and the smaller details of the ecosystem often missed on traditional safaris. As the sun begins to set, guests return to camp for dinner and an evening around the fire beneath the open African sky.</p>
