<p>On arrival in Uganda, you will be welcomed and picked up by our Kubwa Five Safaris guide, who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park.</p><p>This is a huge park where wildlife and people coexist in harmony. You will have lunch on the way.</p><p>On arrival, you will go for an evening game drive.</p><p>Extending across a well-watered 1,978km² stretch of the Rift Valley floor, Queen Elizabeth National Park packs in a biodiversity that would be the envy of many far larger African conservation areas. Wildlife viewing is excellent.</p><p>You can be confident of seeing hippo, elephant, buffalo, warthog and a variety of grazers including the handsome Uganda kob, which is the national antelope.</p><p>Meals and overnight at <strong>Songbird Safari Lodge/ Enshama Game Lodge & Campsite/ Engiri Game Lodge.</strong></p>

<p>After breakfast, you will go for the morning game drive. Back in Queen Elizabeth National Park, you get the opportunity to look for some of the wildlife you missed first time around.</p><p>Put on some warm clothes and enjoy an early morning game drive. This is the perfect time to experience the wildlife and the landscapes they inhabit.</p><p>The light is soft and warm – perfect for photography – and most animals are out and about, and active. If you’re not an early riser, you’ll definitely want to make an exception here.</p><p>After the morning game drive, you will have lunch at your lodge the you go for the boat ride on Kazinga channel.</p><p>Some of the best wildlife viewings are done on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, passing squacco herons, pied kingfishers, large numbers of buffaloes and hippos, basking crocodiles, and many different bird species and large mammals.</p><p>We join a boat trip following the Kazinga Channel to its confluence with Lake Edward. Hemmed in by steep walls and set below the glacial Rwenzori peaks, Kazinga is home to large numbers of hippo, as well as elephant, buffalo, waterbuck and Uganda kob.</p><p>Lion, leopard and giant forest hog are more occasional. <p>After having a delightful breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport.</p><p>You will have a stopover at the Equator. See where this imaginary line divides our planet into two equal hemispheres. Lunch, snacks, souvenirs and photographs may be taken here.</p><p>You will then proceed to Entebbe International Airport for your scheduled flight back home.</p><p>All good things must come to an end, and your time with us on safari in Uganda will now draw to a close. We're sure that you've had a wonderful time.</p>
