About this safari
These will be 4 days of wonder. You'll start the day venturing through the Great Rift Valley travelling to one of the richest wildlife game reserves, the Masai Mara. On the 3rd day, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park which features one of the Rift Valley's soda lakes and sometimes flocks of flamingoes. The tour starts in Nairobi CBD with the option of picking you up from your Nairobi hotel/residence. Our professional English-speaking guide will ensure you have a memorable safari experience.

You will depart Nairobi at 8:00 am on a drive to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve, home of the annual 7th Wonder of the World, the wildebeest migration. On arrival in Mara, you will check in for lunch at 2:00 pm and then you will have your first game drive at 4:00 pm.

You will have a full day in Mara hence you will leave with packed lunches to a place rich with wildlife as well as being close to the wildebeest river crossing point. Masai Mara National Reserve is an extension of Serengeti National Park and a home of the annual 7th Wonder of the World, the wildebeest migration. There is an abundance of animals in the park such as elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebras.

After breakfast you will check out from your hotel for your onward safari to Lake Nakuru. You will eat a picnic lunch in Narok town and arrive in Nakuru in the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Lanet Matfam Resort (budget accommodations).
