About this safari

Escape to Kenya's Iconic Wilderness

Experience the raw majesty of Kenya's most celebrated landscapes in just three days. This carefully curated safari combines the thrilling wildlife encounters of Ol Pejeta Conservancy with the breathtaking alpine scenery of Mount Kenya National Park, offering an unforgettable blend of conservation, adventure, and natural wonder.

The Experience

This three-day wilderness journey takes you beyond the typical safari circuit. Begin in the expansive plains of Ol Pejeta Conservancy, where you'll encounter Africa's most iconic wildlife in one of Kenya's premier conservation destinations. The second phase elevates your adventure to the misty forests and alpine meadows surrounding Mount Kenya, Africa's second-highest peak, where the landscape transforms dramatically and wildlife viewing takes on an entirely different character.

Each location offers distinct ecosystems and wildlife experiences. At Ol Pejeta, expect close encounters with elephants, lions, buffalo, and an impressive array of plains game. At Mount Kenya National Park, the scenery becomes your primary companion—dramatic peaks, verdant valleys, and the chance to spot mountain-specific species create a more intimate, contemplative safari experience. The contrast between these two environments ensures you experience Kenya's full spectrum of natural beauty.

Why This Trip

This package is designed for travelers seeking depth over breadth. Rather than rushing through multiple parks, you'll have meaningful time in two distinctly different ecosystems, allowing for genuine wildlife encounters and a deeper connection to Kenya's conservation efforts. The combination of world-class game viewing with stunning mountain scenery provides both the classic safari experience and a refreshing departure from it.

Perfect for mid-range luxury travelers, this itinerary balances comfort with authentic adventure, offering quality accommodations and expert guides without the premium price tag of exclusive fly-in safaris.

Frequently Asked Questions

What wildlife will I see? Ol Pejeta is home to the Big Five, plus cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, and numerous bird species.
