Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – The Land of Giants
We depart from Arusha early in the morning for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its iconic Baobab trees and the highest concentration of elephants in the country, this park offers a wild, rugged landscape.
Highlight: Watch massive elephant herds gather along the Tarangire River.
Wildlife: Lions, leopards, zebras, and over 500 bird species.
Overnight: Karatu or Mto wa Mbu area.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – The African Eden
Today we descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a natural wonders of the world. This collapsed volcano creates a unique ecosystem where you can see the Big Five in a single morning.
Highlight: A high chance of spotting the rare Black Rhino on the crater floor.
