Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a safari briefing from your professional guide. You will then depart for Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most wildlife-rich parks and home to the country's largest elephant population.
Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive through the park’s diverse landscapes of open savannah, acacia woodland, and iconic baobab trees. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, impalas, warthogs, and a variety of bird species. During the dry season, the Tarangire River attracts large numbers of animals, making it an excellent location for wildlife viewing.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. Later, drive to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
