Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport (EBB), you will be warmly welcomed by a professional guide from Naleyo Tours and Travel, who will brief you about your upcoming adventure.
You will then embark on a scenic journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a drive of approximately 7 hours. Though it is a long journey, it is incredibly rewarding—taking you through Uganda’s ever-changing landscapes, from lush tropical rainforests and expansive savannah plains to the breathtaking terraced hills of Kigezi, often referred to as the “Switzerland of East Africa.”
You will enjoy a lunch stop along the way before continuing to Bwindi, arriving in the late afternoon. After checking in at your lodge, you will head out for a memorable Batwa cultural experience, where you will gain insight into the lives of the indigenous forest people who once lived in harmony with the jungle.
