<p>Take an early breakfast at the camp enjoying beautiful views of Mt. Kilimanjaro from the camp restaurant, then leave the camp with packed picnic lunch to spend an entire day inside the park, this is a perfect time to observe the early activities of predators and prey when wildlife is most active and the light is optimal for photography. We aim to penetrate the park further watching various wildlife including large herds of elephant caravans on their usual trek to the swamps for forage and mud bathing. Your expert guide navigates through seasonal swamps, open plains, and acacia forests, maximizing your opportunities for <strong>close elephant encounters.</strong> </p><p>Other wildlife to be seen includes; Giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, warthog, ostriches, Gazelles, some predators and hundreds of different bird species, give special attention to predator behavior and the dramatic interplay between Mount Kilimanjaro's snow-capped peak and the surrounding wilderness that provide some of the most incredible photographs. </p><p>Our lunch today will be at the observation hill, the highest point in the reserve with beautiful 360 degrees view of the entire reserve.
