Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha after breakfast. You will drive to Tarangire National Park, a park famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Upon arrival, you will start a morning game drive where you may see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and possibly lions. Around midday, you will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park near the Tarangire River, which attracts many animals during the day. After lunch, you will continue with an afternoon game drive exploring more areas of the park. In the late afternoon, you will drive to your lodge or tented camp near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and an overnight stay.
