Murchison Falls National Park • Twiga Lodge & Campsite

<p>After an early breakfast, you will head to Mabamba Swamp for a guided canoe excursion in search of the rare shoebill stork a unique and memorable birding experience. You will then continue to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an on-foot rhino tracking experience, the only place in Uganda where you can see rhinos in the wild.&nbsp; After lunch, you’ll proceed to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving in time to visit the spectacular Top of the Falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging dramatically below.After an early breakfast, you will set out for a morning game drive across the northern plains of Murchison Falls National Park, where you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo, and a variety of antelope species, before returning to the lodge for some relaxation; in the afternoon, you will enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of the falls, offering excellent wildlife viewing and a close-up experience of the powerful cascade.</p>

The next day after an early breakfast, you will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking adventure in Volcanoes National Park, observing a family of mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. <p>After breakfast, you’ll enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti while en route to the airstrip for your scheduled light aircraft flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your beach resort for check-in. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing by the ocean or enjoying the resort facilities. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort. The next day after breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 08:00 AM and transferred to the departure point for your Mnemba Island excursion. Enjoy a full day exploring the crystal-clear turquoise waters and vibrant coral reefs, with excellent opportunities for snorkelling, swimming, and relaxing on pristine sandbanks.
