Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your names. He will then drive you to your hotel, where you can rest and enjoy a meal or snack, depending on the time you arrive. The driver-guide will provide you with a briefing on the itinerary for the following day and will also let you know the pickup time.

Start with an early breakfast, then drive north on the Kampala-Gulu highway for about two and a half hours to reach the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola. Embark on a hike within the sanctuary to track the white rhinos. The sanctuary is also home to a variety of wildlife, including hippos, bushbucks, oribis, and numerous bird species. After roughly two hours of trekking, return to the road and head to Masindi for lunch. Following that, continue to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation to unwind, dine, and rest for the evening.

Begin your day with an early breakfast before embarking on the game drive. Anticipate encounters with lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, Jackson & hartebeests, reedbucks, Uganda kobs, oribis, warthogs, numerous savanna birds, and breathtaking landscapes. After approximately four hours, head back to your lodging for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a launch cruise on the Nile to the foot of the Murchison Falls, where you will see a variety of wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants, and a plethora of waterfowl. At the falls & base, you have the option to disembark and trek to the falls summit. Your driver will await you at the top to take you back to your lodge, where you will have dinner and spend the night.

At 8:00 am, head to the trek & starting point and venture into the forest in search of the mountain gorillas. Your time with them is limited to one hour, after which you will return to meet your driver. Back at the lodge, enjoy a snack, refresh yourself, and later visit the local Batwa community to observe their traditional way of life. Conclude your day with dinner at the lodge, where you will also spend the night.
