Start the day with an early morning game drive, spotting Uganda kob, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, and a variety of birds across the park’s savannah. Drive southwest to Queen Elizabeth National Park (approx. 3-4 hours), one of Uganda’s most biodiverse parks. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive along the Kasenyi plains and Ishasha sector. Here, you may spot lions lounging in fig trees, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kob, warthogs, and hippos in the Kazinga Channel. The park is also a birdwatcher’s paradise with over 600 recorded species. Overnight at a lodge within or near the park.
