5:00–6:00 AM Early morning depart from Arusha to Ngorongoro Crater.Arrive at Ngorongoro Gate and Stop at Loduare Gate for entry formalities,Continue to the crater rim viewpoint. Take photos of the crater (one of Africa’s most iconic views). Quick briefing from your guide. Descend into the Crater. Drive down the steep access road (~600 meters descent), Roads can be rough 4x4 vehicle required and this is where the real safari begins.
Enjoy game drive within the crater and this is the best time of day animals are active before the midday heat.
