Singaporean travellers generally need no vaccination certificate when travelling to Rwanda directly from Singapore, but yellow fever proof is required if the itinerary includes a yellow-fever-risk country. Malaria prevention, routine vaccinations and a pre-travel medical consultation are important for Rwanda travel in 2026.

Zimbabwe Safari Cost in 2026: 7 Travel Style Prices range from about US$2,200 for a seven-day budget lodge trip to US$10,500 for a high-end journey. A typical seven-day safari costs US$2,500–US$5,000 per person. Zimbabwe is best for guided wildlife trips, walking safaris, and large game areas. Compare verified SafariFind packages before booking.
One seven-day Zimbabwe safari can cost US$2,200, while a luxury trip can reach about US$10,500 per person [3]. That wide gap makes travel style the most important part of your budget.
Zimbabwe Safari Cost in 2026: 7 Travel Style Prices gives you a clear planning guide. It separates seven useful price points, explains what each means, and shows why two trips in Zimbabwe can cost very different amounts.
Zimbabwe is known for guided walking safaris and large wildlife areas [3]. The country suits travelers who want close guidance, quiet landscapes, and a more active safari day. However, your final quote depends on the park, lodge level, travel season, and trip style [3].
Quick answer: A typical seven-day Zimbabwe safari costs US$2,500–US$5,000 per person in 2026. Budget lodge trips start near US$2,200, while luxury journeys start around US$3,300 and can reach US$10,500. A general Zimbabwe travel budget runs from US$80 to US$350 daily, based on comfort level and travel choices [3][4].
SafariFind connects travelers with verified tour operators and authentic traveler reviews. Therefore, you can compare real package details instead of relying on one broad national average.

Zimbabwe safari cost in 2026 is usually US$2,500–US$5,000 per person for seven days. Budget lodge trips start at about US$2,200, while luxury trips start around US$3,300. The highest luxury estimate in the supplied research reaches about US$10,500 per person [3].
The table below turns the available 2026 figures into seven planning benchmarks. These are not seven guaranteed package quotes. They are clear reference points for comparing budget, mid-range, typical, and luxury travel styles.
| Name | Price | Duration | Rating | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| General budget travel | US$80–US$350 per person daily [4] | Daily guide | Not supplied | Travelers setting an overall trip budget |
| Budget lodge safari | From US$2,200 per person [3] | 7 days | Not supplied | Value-focused lodge travelers |
| Mid-range daily style | About US$180 per person daily [4] | Daily guide | Not supplied | Comfortable travelers managing costs |
| Typical lower safari range | About US$2,500 per person [3] | 7 days | Not supplied | Travelers seeking a standard safari |
| Typical upper safari range | About US$5,000 per person [3] | 7 days | Not supplied | Travelers choosing more comfort |
| Luxury safari starting point | From US$3,300 per person [3] | 7 days | Not supplied | Luxury travelers planning early |

Zimbabwe safari pricing changes with four main factors: park, lodge level, season, and trip style [3]. A simple lodge trip and a high-end private journey may both last seven days. Yet they can sit at opposite ends of the price range.
Safari style also matters. A guided walking safari has different planning needs from a vehicle-focused lodge trip. Zimbabwe is particularly associated with walking safaris and large wildlife areas [3]. Ask operators to explain which activities and services their quotes include.
Park choice is another key question. Read Zimbabwe Safari Parks: Hwange vs Mana Pools in 2026 before you choose an itinerary. The comparison can help you match your budget with the kind of wildlife and landscape you want.
Compare Zimbabwe safari packages by price and travel style to see which options fit your budget.
Zimbabwe safari prices differ because comfort, trip design, and daily spending change together. A general Zimbabwe trip budget is US$80–US$350 per person per day in 2026. Mid-range travelers spend about US$180 daily on accommodation, meals, and local transport [4].
Budget lodge travel starts at about US$2,200 per person for seven days [3]. This price point is useful for travelers who want a lodge base without choosing the highest service level. It also gives you a clear starting figure when requesting quotes.
Budget does not mean you should skip planning. Ask whether the quoted price covers accommodation, meals, local transport, guiding, and park-related costs. The supplied figures do not list every inclusion, so compare each offer line by line.
Mid-range Zimbabwe travel averages about US$180 per person daily for accommodation, meals, and local transport [4]. This daily figure helps you estimate the wider trip budget. It is not the same as a confirmed seven-day safari package price.
A seven-day itinerary can combine safari days with time in towns or transfer areas. Therefore, ask whether the operator prices every night as a safari night. Also ask if the quote covers all meals and transfers.
The typical seven-day Zimbabwe safari range is US$2,500–US$5,000 per person [3]. Travelers near US$2,500 often focus on value. Travelers near US$5,000 may choose more comfort, a stronger lodge level, or a more tailored plan.
These figures offer a useful first filter. They do not replace a written quote. Park selection, season, and travel style still affect the final price [3]. A verified operator should explain each difference clearly.
Luxury Zimbabwe safari journeys start around US$3,300 per person for seven days [3]. The supplied research also reports luxury journeys reaching about US$10,500 per person [3]. That upper figure shows how far premium safari planning can extend.
Luxury travelers should ask for a detailed service list. Confirm the lodge level, transport plan, guide service, and activities. You should also ask what happens if your plan changes before departure.
Request quotes from verified Zimbabwe safari operators and compare the inclusions behind each price.
You should compare inclusions, dates, parks, and lodge levels before booking a Zimbabwe safari. Price alone cannot show the full value of an itinerary. A lower quote may use a different travel style, while a higher quote may include more comfort or a more tailored plan.
Choose your comfort level first. Decide whether you want budget lodge travel, mid-range comfort, or luxury service. Then set a target using the seven price benchmarks above.
Zimbabwe is associated with guided walking safaris and large wildlife areas [3]. Ask whether walking activities form part of your plan or whether the trip focuses on vehicle drives. Each option creates a different experience and may affect the quote.
Park choice also shapes your trip. Read the SafariFind guide to Hwange versus Mana Pools before requesting a final itinerary.
Do not treat the safari price as your entire travel budget. Ask about local transport, meals, accommodation, and other services. The general daily guide of US$80–US$350 covers a broad range of Zimbabwe travel styles [4].
Health and entry rules also matter during planning. Norwegian travelers can review the Zimbabwe vaccinations and health rules for 2026. Danish travelers can use the dedicated Zimbabwe vaccinations guide for their planning needs.
SafariFind lists verified tour operators and authentic reviews from previous travelers. Read reviews for communication, guide quality, and how clearly an operator explains costs. A clear quote and strong review record can make comparison easier.

Plan your Zimbabwe safari budget by fixing the duration, travel style, and price ceiling first. Start with the seven-day figures, then ask operators to build a quote around your chosen comfort level. This approach keeps the discussion clear and reduces surprises.
First, choose your trip length. The supplied safari figures focus on seven days, so use that duration for an easy comparison [3]. A longer trip needs a fresh quote rather than a simple promise that the same daily rate will apply.
Next, choose your price band. A budget lodge traveler can use US$2,200 as a starting reference. A typical traveler can plan around US$2,500–US$5,000. A luxury traveler can use US$3,300 as a starting figure, with high-end journeys reaching about US$10,500 [3].
Finally, list your priorities. Do you want walking activities, large wildlife areas, a quiet lodge, or a premium service level? Give operators this list before they quote. Clear priorities help them create a more useful plan.
Request quotes before you make non-refundable travel plans. Use the same questions for each operator. Then compare price, duration, park, comfort level, and inclusions in one table.
SafariFind helps you compare tour operators and read authentic reviews in one marketplace. Keep your target price visible, but judge value through the full itinerary. A clear offer is easier to trust and easier to compare.

The supplied 2026 estimate places budget lodge-based Zimbabwe safaris at about US$2,200 per person for seven days [3]. Ask for a detailed quote because park choice, season, lodge level, and inclusions affect the final amount.
A general Zimbabwe travel budget is US$80–US$350 per person daily in 2026 [4]. Mid-range travelers spend about US$180 daily on accommodation, meals, and local transport [4].

"Cultural Vibes Travel and Tours has proved to be excellent yet again as this is now the third time, we have used them and a much-needed break after almost 3 years with the Covid pandemic. Tongesai is extremely reliable, professional, knowledgeable and does everything to make your trip a memorable experience. Compared to local larger companies, Tongesai’s individual package rates are more reasonable and come with a customized touch. We felt that our holiday with Tongesai was much better and suited us more so than if we had booked through a larger company. His individual tailoring, personal involvement and attention to detail pays off in the smooth running of your trip. Our visits to the Victoria Falls, both sides from Zimbabwe and Zambia were magnificent and never cease to amaze us. On this trip Tongesai arranged for a private sunset cruise on the Zambezi just for our family of four instead of on the larger vessels, which was a very pleasant alternative. The boat trip in Chobe is magical and a must if you venture into Botswana. Wildlife was in abundance, including lion, elephant, wildebeest, buffalo, puku, kudu, bushbuck, waterbuck, impala, gemsbok, steenbok, sable and roan antelope, etc. We even saw a relative of Cecil, the famous black-maned lion, ‘once a true king of Hwange National Park’. I have no hesitation in recommending the company for arranging tours in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana - we will definitely be seeing him again. He is currently setting up arrangements with colleagues in Kruger National Park to venture into South Africa and I wish him every success with that."

"On 10.9. until 1.10. In 2023, I went on a trip to Botswana, Zimbabwe and a short visit to Zambia with my clients - friends. I carefully prepared the trip in cooperation with the manager of Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours, Mr. Tongesai Mutematsaka. After arriving in Gaborone we organized a short tour of the city ourselves and met Tongesai in Maun. Tongesai was our driver and guide practically the whole way. We visited the Okavango River Delta and its surroundings (Moremi Reserve, Mokoro boat cruise, flight over the Okavango Delta. This was followed by a visit to the Makgadikgadi Salt Flats, then the Elephant Sands area and in Botswana Chobe National Park with a cruise on the Chobe River. Then we crossed to Zimbabwe, which was the main part of our journey. In the Victoria Falls area, we visited the Monde settlement, took a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls, followed by a cruise on the Zambezi River as part of a visit to the national park of the same name. We also walked past Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwean side and had a Boma dinner in the evening (too much of a "tourist thing"). On the Zambian side of the falls we saw white rhinos in Mosi - oa - Tunya National Park, then visited the museum in Livingstone and walked the Zambian side of the falls. From Victoria Falls, we headed to Hwange National Park, where we had a beautiful program - a safari, and after Hwange, there was also a very interesting program in Matobo National Park (there, among other things, white rhinos (a mother with her little daughter), beautiful rock formations and prehistoric cave drawings. The next place visited was Khami with very interesting buildings, and then we visited the ruins of Great Zimbabwe, which are among the most important world monuments. This was followed by a visit to the Chinhoya Karst and finally the gallery in Harare. I would also like to comment on the provision of services: Accommodation in the hotels was at the standard, expected level, only the service at the Great Zimbabwe Hotel was rather lazy. Accommodation in lodges - very good and the best accommodation was in Iganyana tented camp in Hwange National Park, mainly due to the extraordinary professionalism and very friendly attitude of the staff there towards us, the visitors. I must also highly praise all the local guides we met everywhere, e.g. in Chobe, Hwange and Matobo National Parks. I want to emphasize that this journey is one of the most interesting that I have made around the world. I believe that my clients - friends were also satisfied with the set. Thanks to the travel agency Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours and Mr. Tongesai Mutematsaka. I recommend Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours to anyone considering a trip to Zimbabwe."

"My travel companions and I chose the 4 day experience. Technically it is really a 3 day experience, because the last day they provide airport transportation. I feel they go above and beyond in making sure they are providing their customers with a safe, exciting and exceptional experience. Gari was our driver/guide in Zimbabwe, and was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Gari either made sure we were where we needed to be or provided his own guide trip to the Victoria Falls. He even provided the rain gear, which is most necessary. Gari and his "boss" Mr T. went above and beyond when Delta postponed our flight by a day, by helping to make sure that the connecting airline would change our reservation. They then made sure we got to the airport on time, a day later. They are always willing to provide any additional things that you would like to see and do. If you looking for a guided tour company, this is the one to use, and one that I would have no hesitation in using again."

"First, Tongesai Mtematsaka was excellent with communications and service. We couldn’t have asked for better. My questions via email were promptly answered. His English was excellent, and better. He was always on time in meeting us, coming and going. Our two hour trips from VIc Falls to the sable sands lodge, and then from the lodge to the Vic Falls airport were a highlight to our entire Africa trip. My wife and I will be discussing various aspects from the discussions with Tongesai for some time to come. By patiently answering my many questions he educated my wife and I about Zimbabwe and the region - culture, practices and assets of the people, typical family life, economy, weather, etc., and possibilities and trends into the future - all believable and detailed. The staff and facilities at the sable sands lodge were all excellent, beginning with Michelle’s clear instructions and cautions. She was a delight. We were asked if we wanted to take a charming hut as close as we could get to the marvelous watering hole there and got it. Incredibly we were greeted by a dust-cloud from a herd of maybe 100 Cape buffalo running to the water - unbelievable! The meals prepared by So and Derik were really good, throughout. MC, our drive guide was excellent and very accommodating to all the guests in the comfortable and safe-feeling, open 4x4. We met some nice co-guests. We saw so many animals on our safari that I will not attempt to recall here. I would just say that the many watering holes in the Hwange park were impressive, As an environmentalist myself I was very impressed with the solar powered system for exploiting the aquifers, and the foresight of the authorities in developing and maintains these. I know the history going back to the 1920’s, but if there wasn’t maintainence and upgrade the animals could not continue, especially with drought effects of climate change. Finally, I must comment on the fact that our first night in our hut was spent listening to the rumblings of the elephant just outside out hut. In the morning the tracks outside our hut showed how close our visitor was. We knew then that Michelle’s cautions were serious. But then more, the second night we had a lioness spend the night outside our hut, perhaps roaring a mating call. At first light MC came by with the truck and asked if we wanted to see the lion. I shot out with my camera. What an experience!! We hope our parting tip to the group of 16 people providing excellent service was meaningful. I will certainly recommend this trip to anyone who will hear me. What a privilege!!!"

"We booked our Zimbabwe trip with Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours following a recommendation from Nhongo Safaris in South Africa. Tongesai is a great communicator, and the booking process was quick, easy, and well organized. We were happy with the quote provided and were able to easily pay online. Tongesai was waiting for us at Victoria Falls Airport to take us to our accommodation. He has arranged an amazing whirlwind 48 hour visit, that was packed with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi, Morning Game drive, he accompanied us on an amazing walk of the Victoria falls and arranged an African experience dinner in the evening. It was so memorable, and everything we wanted! Overall, it was an fantastic trip, with a great guide, and we would highly recommend it for anyone considering a trip to Victoria Falls. For our next visit, we will definitely be reaching out to Tongesai and thoroughly recommend to all our friends."
